A typical thangka today is based on Nepalese style, customs of India and a history of Tibet. Mandalas are too an amazing pieces of sculpture in Buddhism. They too signify the unique expression of Buddhist culture and tradition. They are geometrically asymmetric and represent a feeling with them. One can find variants of Mandalas which represents different ideas and beliefs. But the two major varieties are more popular than any other. The Cosmic Mandalas and the Medicine Mandalas, the cosmic mandalas represent the transfer of knowledge in the universe while the Medicine mandalas represent the healing power of Buddha.
Besides these artistic products, singing bowl, Tibetan Buddha statue, Tibetan prayer flags, japa mala beads, dorje, damaru, ritual conch shell, etc. are also popular in other parts of world as representation of Buddhism and their tradition. All of these products from Buddhist artist aim only for a naturist feeling and are not made for quality or perfection. You can find more spirituality in them only when you feel and appraise there naturalism.
Buddhism represents an application of imagination. It shows how a man can be innovative, expressive and in same time can give the message of humanity to the large world.
